Former convent purchased by Don Giovanni Bosco at the end of the 19th century to be used as the seat of the Congregation of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and Salesian oratory.

The oratory was the main theater of the life and activity of Don Celi (a Salesian priest who lived here for 54 years). It has theater, church, sports field and bowls area.

It is home to sports associations and a meeting point for training, leisure and prayer activities.
